Jenkins has an extensive background in data processing and accounting with the military. He served as director of Controller Systems for the Air Force Data Systems Design Center from August 1968 to July 1970. He has had previous accounting and systems analysis employment with the Air Force since 1965. He retired from the military as a Colonel in 1970.
Jenkins received a bachelors degree and a masters’ degree in business administration from the University of Maryland. He currently is a Ph.D candidate in business at American University.
He, his wife Sue and daughter Donna live in Potomac, Md. They retain a residence at Peola Mills, where two sisters, Mrs. Augusta Hasse and Mi£f*,. Mary Jenkins and a brother John W. Jenkins live.

Mr. and Mrs. William Faunce of Falls Church are the parents of a daughter born January 24. Grandparents of the infant are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cordani of Amissville and Mrs. W. Faunce of Falls Church.
