Easter is just around the Corner and the Arts and Crafts Group at Spe/ryville is preparing to greet the season with decorated eggs.
On Tuesday, February 22, there will be some instruction on decorating eggs.
Bring along some eggs (raw or already blown out) braid, trim, sequins and old Easter or Christmas cards. The fun begins at 10 a.m. at Cabb Inn on Route 211 in Sperryville.
Sewing class
A sewing class will be - gin March 13, at 7:30 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church Parish Hall. The class is for all persons interested in learning to sew with all types of knit fabrics.
Special attention will be' given light weight and lingerie knit fabircs, with the first meeting to concentrate on information about buying fabrics, patterns and notions.
Other class periods will be set up that night for the convenience of the participants. All ages are invited to attend, provided they have a basic knowledge of machine sewing. □
