“Notice is hereby given to the public that The Potomac Edison Company of Virginia on May 8, 1972, filed with the State Corporation Commission new schedules of rates and charges. The proposed new schedules will result in increased charges for electric service. An investigation of the proposed new schedules has been entered upon by the State Corporation Commission and a hearing on the new schedules has been set for 10:00 a.m. on October 2, 1972, in the Courtroom of the Commission, Blanton Building, Richmond, Virginia, at which time and place members of the public generally may appear and present such relevant data as may be desired and be heard. The new schedules may be seen at the office of the State Corporation Commission, Blanton Building, Richmond, Virginia, and may be reviewed at any business office of the Company where bills may be paid.
The Company has been ordered to file with the Commission on or before August 15, 1972 copies of the prepared testimony and exhibits it proposes to offer in support of its application at the public hearing. Any person in interest may review this testimony and exhibits after August 15, 1972 at the offices of the Commission or notify any business office of the applicant where bills may be paid and the testimony and exhibits will be made available for his review.
The prepared testimony and exhibits of the Staff of the Commission will be available for review at the offices of the Commission after September 20,1972.
