Chester Gap Fire Department and Rescue Squad opened their annual carnival Wednesday evening and it will continue through Saturday. New stands have been constructed and the old ones painted prior to the opening of the benefit event. Last Tuesday found Earl Williams and Hubie Gilkey hammering and sawing while Darren Williams watches his pop. -
