The object of this suit is to partition title to certain tracts of land which Henry Timbers and Smith Timbers died seized and possessed of, and to quiet title to a certain strip of land between State Secondary Route #625 and Crim’s Run, located in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing twenty-six and one-half (26.5) acres, more or less, as more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.

An affidavit having been made and filed the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office addresses are correctly set forth opposite their names listed below: Nancy Miller Booth, 2801 New Mexico Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.
