THE MARRIAGE of Miss Nancy Darlene Settle, daughter of Mrs. H. Brown Settle of Castleton and the late Mr. Settle, to Stephen Michael Leake, son of Mr. and Mrs. Boy B. Leake of Sperryville, took place August 25.
The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. B.G. Titchenell at two o’clock in Reynold’s Memorial Baptist Church, Sperryville.
The bride was given in marriage by her uncle, Fred T. Settle of Sperryville. She wore a formal gown of white nylon organza over taffeta, fashioned with a scooped neckline and long cuffed sleeves. Her elbow length veil was attached to a flowered headpiece and she carried a nosegay of daisies.
Miss Bonnie Settle was maid of honor for her sister. Her formal gown was of pink nylon organza over taffeta and she carried a bouquet of mixed daisies and babies breath.
