THE Willis Chapel United Methodist Church at Huntly was the scene August 4 of the marriage of Miss Christine Elaine Fox and William Lee Hall. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. James Scott Jr. of Huntly and of Charles R. Fox of Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Will Jackson Hall of Skip with are parents of the bridegroom.
The double ring ceremong was performed by the Rev. Malcolm Maples in a setting of arrangements of white carnations and babies breath and lighted candelabra. Miss Susan Heely presented a program of traditional wedding music.
The bride was given in marriage by her stepfather, James Scott Jr. Her formal gown was of Belgian lace over silk designed with peaked sleeves and ruffled scooped neckline. The train was attached to the Empire waistline. A small satin headpiece held the veil of Belgian lace. She carried a cascade of white miniature roses, babies breath and ivy with white satin streamers tied in lover’s knots.
Mrs. Susan Ramey of Front Royal was matron of honor for her sister. She was attired in a formal gown of blue rose organza over white satin, fashioned with a V-neckline, puffed sleeves and ruffled hemline, all edged in lace. The Empire waistline was accented by green satin ribbon. She wore a picture hat and carried a nosegay of blue daisies.
