A mass meeting of Rappahannock County Democrats will be held at 8 o’clock Thursday evening, May 9th, at the County Courthouse to select two delegates and one alternate to attend the Seventh Congressional District party convention in Charlottesville June 8th. At that convention, to be held starting at noon in the auditorium of the Lane High School, a Democratic nominee will be chosen for Congress from the Seventh District.
All Rappahannock County Democrats are eligible to participate in the May 9th mass meeting here providing they are qualified to vote in the next election, believe in the principles of the Democratic party, and intend to support the Democratic nominees in the next election.
Come to the meeting and take part in representative government. Help make it better.
