REAP is funded and administered ' by ASCS. Farmers interested in carrying out conservation or pollution abatement practices on their farm should sign up now. Requests must be filed with the Rappahannock County ASCS Office, Washington, Virginia before practices are started. Soil Analysis reports are required for practices requiring lime or fertilizer.
