The 145 acre tract of land hereinbefore described will be sold subject to any rights of way thereon.
TERMS OF SALE: Said sale is to be made for cash and immediately after the time of purchase, the successful bidder or bidders shall make a deposit of 10% of the purchase price of said tract to the credit of this Court in this cause in the Farmers and Merchants National Bank of Winchester, General Receiver of this Court, and the receipt showing said deposit shall then be forthwith delivered to the Special Commissioner herein.
