Denise Wingfield, Jerry Payne and Douglas Nichols work out a science project as Mrs. Lynne Baines, science teacher with Michael Kitts and John Penney look on. Mr. Kitts and Penney were the instructors for the classes administered by the University of Virginia which were taken by Rappahannock teachers. The classes were initiated to meet one of the qualities of education in individualized instruction. The work modules can be completed by students and then checked by them to see their results.
