Candidates for elected Directors must reside within the boundaries of the county or the city which such candidates shall represent upon election.
Nominating petitions for the office of Director must be filed with the Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Commission no later than June 10, 1975. Each petition must be signed by twenty-five or more registered voters residing within the boundaries of the city or county which the candidate will represent.
