Rural letter carriers of Rappahannock and surrounding areas held their annual association dinner meeting at Amissville fire hall Saturday night. At this time the following officers were elected: Carl K. Kelly of Bealeton, president; Tom Willoughby, Unionville, vice president; Charlie Compton, Amissville, secretarytreasurer.
Delegates named to attend the state convention scheduled for late June at Natural Bridge included Pete Norris, Tom Willoughby, C. F. Yates, Jr. and Charlie Compton.
