J. Kenneth Robinson, Congressman for the Seventh Virginia Congressional District will be the speaker at Rappahannock County High School’s Twenty Fifth Annual Baccalaureate Service to be held at the high school Sunday, June 1 at 8 p.m.
Congressman Robinson is a member of the House Committee on Appropriations and second ranking minority member of its Subcommittees on Agriculture and Defense. He was born in Frederick County, and attended the public schools of Winchester, where he still makes his home.D
