the daughter of Clifton Edward and Della Riley Welch. She was the widow of Guy Wilson Riley.

Survivors are two sons, Thomas Wilson Riley and Robert Edward Riley, both at home and a brother, Clifton Edward Welch of Marshall.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Robertshaw Funeral Home Chapel in Front Royal with interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Mac Culver officiated. □

Jenkins

Cleveland Jenkins, 86, of Culpeper died May 18, 1975 in Prince William County Hospital following a long illness. He was the son of the late Frank and Martha Leake Jenkins of Rappahannock and a retired farmer.

He was married to the late Ada Francis Jenkins and then to the late Lucille Mildred Norris. Survivors include his daughter, Mrs. Ellis Frazier of Griffinsburg; three sons, Harry Jenkins of Fairfax,
