FIRE, RESCUE
Washington Rescue Squad took Mrs. Nelson Nethers from the Rappahannock Clinic to Winchester Memorial Hospital May 15. This unit was alerted to a traffic crash near Flint Hill May 18 but services were not used. The same night James Gatewood was taken from Pine Knott Inn to Culpeper Memorial Hospital. May 19 Clifford Woodward Jr. was taken from his home to Warren Memorial in Front Royal.
Sperryville Rescue Squad transported Mrs. Selena Dailey from home to Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal on May 15 and the following day Miss Annie Stephenson was taken from Woodville to Culpeper Hospital.
Last Thursday Mrs. Vada Dodson was taken from Flint Hill to Warren Memorial and returned home. May 16 James Pullen was taken from Washington to Warren Memorial. Services were not required May 18 after this unit responded to a wreck on Route 729 but the same day they took Ann Conjers from Bean Hollow to Warren Memorial after she fell in the mountain. /
Amissville Rescue Squad took Mrs. Ruth Lillard to the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville on May 17. The same day Annie Jackson was taken to the Fauquier Hospital.
