Apparantly, recreation in the Sperryville area is lacking for its younger citizens. Having recently moved into Rappahannock County, specifically on 231, it seems apparent that Saturday nights are spent drinking beer in cars, then disposing of the cans on other peoples’ property, and driveway entrances—followed by stealing and being destructive.
This past Saturday night, we encountered this. Not only did our new metal sign identifying our residence get destroyed, but the metal Quail with Plum was stolen. It is disheartening moving into a new Community, and learning that such lack of consideration for others prevails, and that this is the way of having fun on a Satuj^ay night.
