The Recreation Center pavilion at Washington was initiated Saturday when the Rappahannock Girl Scouts had a day-long outing. The group worked on badges, planted flowers on the grounds and climaxed the day with a cookout using the new fireplace. Pat Helmer, Sue Titchenell and Diane Watson directed the activities.
