Baumgardner replied that this could be legally possible but was a decision for the Board of Supervisors to make. The Committee members agreed to explore all the possibilities before a final meeting scheduled for July 13 when they hope to come up with a formal recommendation for the Supervisors. “This gets more complicated every mating,” concluded Masterson.
