“If they’re wrong, then a lot of wrong decisions have been made. The map is used as a determinent,” answered McNear.
Baumgardner explained that green lines had been drawn around any five contiguous lots under 25 acres in an agricultural district. By definition, this would be a subdivision if the parcels involved were under separate ownership.
