FIRST on the agenda for June in Rappahannock’s monthly salute to 1776 is a Puppet Show presented in co-ordination with the Bicentennial Committee by students and staff of the Nethers Community School at the Library (Washington, Va.) Sunday,June 6, at 3 in the afternoon; admission free.
This dramatic revelation of the lives (the ups and downs) of a group of farm animals at the historic moment when the actual birth of the Republic was beginning is an original work in which various members of the Nethers School family will participate. It should be great fun for young and old.
