REAL ESTATE
By virtue of that certain decree of die Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, entered on die 28th day of January, 1977 in the Chancery cause therein pending wider the style of “Ronald Lee Williams, Complainant v. J. Reid Poe, et al, Respondents, Chancery No. 2811” the undersigned Special Commissioners will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidders the following described parcels of real estate, To-wit:
PARCEL NO. ONE: All that certain parcel of land, together with all rights, rights of way, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, described in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as containing 1.45 acres, more or less, lying a short distance West of Route 522 in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, now or formerly being bordered on die North by John E. Wines, on the West by John E. Wines, Wally Wines and Jean Wines, on the East and South by State Route 610; and being the same property conveyed to D. H. Williams and Elizabeth Williams, as tenants in common, by deed dated March 9, 1919, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 31, at Page 53.
PARCEL NO. TWO: All that certain parcel of land, together with all rights, rights of way, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, described in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court * of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as containing 1.54 acres, more or less, and lying a short distance West of State Route 522 in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said property now or formerly being bordered on die North by Ella Williams, James D. Williams, and Albordered on the North by Ella Williams, bert S. Wines (Lot No. 5 - Sealock), on the East by Ora Reager, on the South by Earl Louis Williams, and on the West by State Route 610 and State Route 660; and being the same property conveyed to D. H. Williams by deed dated April 3, 1914, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 30, at Page 63, LESS, HOWthose
certain off conveyances labeled “a” through “h” both inclusive, which are more particularly described in the aforesaid Order entered January 28, 1977.
Each of the above parcels will be sold “in gross” and not “by the acre.”
