Atkins

A graveside funeral service was held last Friday in Sperryville Cemetery for Wilbert Cecil Atkins of Sperryville who died February 16, 1977 in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal.

Mr. Atkins was 75, a native of Rappahannock and a retired merchant. He was the son of the late Jacob Atkins and Alice Jenkins Atkins.

Survivors include a daughter Alice Mullican of Bowie, Md.; two grandchildren, Robert and Lisa Mullican of Bowie; a brother, Edward Atkins of Baltimore.

Pallbearers were Bobby Mullican, Bill Taylor, Thomas Taylor, Roy B. Leake, Hugh S. Atkins and Paul S. Alther.
