TO: CLIFFORD BARKMAN
and
RUTH B. BARKMAN
Notice is hereby given that default has occurred in the conditions of that security agreement wherein Clifford Barfcman and Ruth B. Barkman are the debtors and New Bank of Culpeper is the secured party, dated November 6, 1975, by reason of the failure of debtor to pay the debts secured thereby and that there is now due and unpaid on said indebtethiess the sum of $8,927.35, plus interest at 10% from November 1, 1976, with 18% attorney’s fees, with a credit of $1,200.00 on January 10, 1977.
Now, therefore, in accordance with said agreement and Title 8.9, Sections 501 and 507 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, the property described in said security agreement as follows: inventory, furniture, fixtures, accounts receivable and proceeds threat, located on U. S. Se«ts 211, west of Sperryville, Rappahannock County, Virginia, known as Chalet Gift Shop, is hereby repossessed and so much thereof as may he necessary, will he sold pursuant to the power of sale contained in said security agreement, at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash on Saturday, February 26, 1977, at 10:06 a.m. on the premises stated- aforesaid, to satisfy the debt secured by said security agreement, and the costs and expenses of these foreclosure proceedings.
