By virtue of that certain decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock Comity, Virginia, entered on the 28th day of January, 1977 in the Chancery cause therein pending under the style of “Ronald Lee Williams, Complainant v. J. Reid Poe, et al, Respondents, Chancery No. 2811” the undersigned Special Commissioners will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidders the following described parcels of real estate, To-wit:

PARCEL NO. ONE: All that certain parcel of land, together with all rights, rights of way, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, described in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as containing 1.45 acres, more or less, lying a short distance West of Route 522 in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, now or formerly being bordered on the North by John E. Wines, on the West by John E. Wines, Wally Wines and Jean Wines, on the East and South by State Route 610; and being the same property conveyed to D. H. Williams and Elizabeth Williams, as tenants in common, by deed dated March 9, 1919, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 31, at Page 53.
