Eugene uoason was accompanied to Daytona, Fla. Thursday through Monday for the auto races by Robert Dodson and sons, Robert, Jr. and Kevin, Lester Jacobs and Mr. Brian of the Bealeton area.
Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne and Mr. and Mrs. Billy Payne spent Monday in Maryland.
Mrs. Elwood Dean entertained with a luncheon Wednesday in honor of Mrs. T. W. Latham who will leave Sunday to spend several weeks in Daytona Beach, Fla. Attending the luncheon were Mrs. Pauline Latham, Mrs. G.E. Doyle, Miss Phoebe Green, Mrs. C. M. Clem, Mrs. Ethel Hall and Mrs. Griffith. Mrs. Latham will visit her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. James Smith while in Florida.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Emerson of Annandale were recent visitors of Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Doyle. Saturday evening dinner guests of the Doyles were Mrs. Ruth Corbitt, Mrs. T. W. Latham, Miss Phoebe Green who were joined by the Rev. and Mrs. Ray Crockett of Jefferson ton.
