Sandy Stenglein of Rochester, N. Y., was a weekend visitor of Martin Orfila at the home of his mother, Mrs. Edwin Scroggins.

Mrs. L. J. Turner returned home last Tuesday following a two-week trip to Key West, Fla.

Mrs. Frank Dormant and sister of Culpeper visited Miss Annie Miller Almond Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Turner Slaughter of Front Royal called on Mrs. W. M. Fletcher Saturday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Faulkner of Orange joined Mrs. Fletcher for lunch on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Alther, Roy Jr., and Missy of Sperryville, Mrs. Susan Jenkins and two children and Miss Tammy Jenkins were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Gabe Burke. Mrs. Burke was honored on her birthday Monday with many cards, presents, and visits from her friends and relatives.

Trenton Burke of Culpeper called on his mother, Mrs. Guy Burke, Friday afternoon.

Mrs. Henry Miller of Luray visited her sister-in-law, Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett, on Sunday.

Weekend houseguests of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones included their daughters and families, Mrs. Arne Olsen and children of Concord and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kite and daughters of Luray. Mrs. L. J. Turner joined them all for supper Saturday evening in the Jones home.
