Mrs. Jesse Wharton spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Jenkins to assist in caring for Mr. Jenkins, thus relieving Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jenkins who returned to their home in Rixeyviile for several days.
Mr. and Mrs. F. R. Frazier and Harold were Sunday luncheon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Atkins in Sperryville.
Spending Sunday with the Rev. W. B. Dennis were Warren Dennis of Amissville, Mrs. Joey Payne and Mr. and Mrs. David Aylor of Madison.
Miss Debbie Thornhill of Manassas was a Monday luncheon guest of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill. Sunday afternoon guests of the Thornhills were Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Hawkins and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Duncan.
Mr. and Mrs. Billy Fincham and Donna were Thursday guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Lamb, Steve and Wayne and later were evening callers on Mr. and Mrs. Billy Meredith of Reva Park.
Russell Moore and Miss Diane Wharton of Hume were Saturday luncheon guests of Miss Wharton’s grandmother, Mrs. Ruby Wharton.
