Burke Huntly, Va. 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup milk Dash of pepper 6 cups sliced potatoes 2 cups diced cooked chicken 1 large onion 1 stick margarine Combine soup, milk, and pepper. Arrange layers of potatoes, chicken, onion and soup mixtures in buttered 4 quart casserole covering chicken well. Dot with margarine. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover. Bake 15 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
