F.xIrnMon Performance Tested Boll Sale Results:
Forty-six performance tested bulls brought a gross of $33,180 at the 20th Annual B.C.I.A. Junior Bull Sale held at the Agricultural Enterprises last week.
The bulls sold for an average price of $721 per head.
Top price paid in last Friday’s sale was $2,075 for an Angus bull consigned by Bob Anderson, Bleak Hill Farm, Woodville. Bob purchased this bull as a young calf in Ned Johnson's dispersal sale. The bull was purchased by Paul M. Saunders, Tye Brook Farm.
The second highest selling bull was consigned by Randall Updike, Skyway Hills Farm, Washington, Va. This Linbacker of Weye’s son sold for $1450.
