Hurt
Graveside services for Nannie Elizabeth Williams Hurt, 61, of Browntown were held in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Front Royal last Wednesday. The Rev. Stephen Bolhous conducted the service.
Mrs. Hurt died Sunday, March 5, 1978, at her residence.
The daughter of Harvey David and Annice Elizabeth Willis Williams, she was born in Rappahannock County on November 3, 1916.
Surviving are her husband, Fred W. Hurt; two daughters, Maralyne Kidwell of Front Royal and Coanna Garnett of Browntown; one son, Lenny Hurt of Browntown; a sister, Dora LeHew of Front Royal; a brother. Winter Daniel Williams of Martinsburg, W. Va.; two half sisters, Effie Settle of Castleton and Nellie Fugate of Lynchburg; four grandchildren and one greatgranddaughter.
