Mr. and Mrs. Charles John Mott of Crozet announce the engagement of their daughter, Marcie Linn, to Daniel French Slaughter, III, of Charlottesville. Mr. Slaughter is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel French Slaughter, Jr., of Culpeper.
Miss Mott is a graduate of St. Anne’s School and Mt. Vernon College.
Mr. Slaughter is a gradaute of Woodberry Forest School and the University of Virginia. He is currently attending the University of Virginia law school.
An August wedding is planned.
