The Shenandoah Area Council, Boy Scouts of America is offering a “High Adventure” expedition during the summer of 1978 to Philmont Scout Ranch and Explorer Base Camp. Philmont is a 214 square mile camp located in northwestern New Mexico in the Sangre de Criston mountains of the Rocky Mountain range.
Any registered Scout or Explorer who will be 14 years of age by September 1, 1978 is eligible and may contact the Scout Service Center for further details.
