Kilby
A graveside funeral for Elizabeth Mae Kilby of Culpeper was held Nov. 17, at Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper, conducted by the Rev. John S. Farrar.
Mrs. Kilby, 74, died Nov. 14, 1978 at Hiram Davis Medical Center at Petersburg, following a long illness. A native of Rappahannock County, she was the daughter of the late Lindsey P. Jenkins and the late Carrie L. Weakley. She was the widow of William Hunter Kilby. She was a member of Culpeper Baptist Church.
She is survived by a brother, Simon Jenkins; two sisters, Cary Ethel Jenkins and Sarah Alice Jenkins; and several nieces and nephews.
Luttrell
Mrs. Julia Silvey Luttrell of San Diego, Calif, died Sunday, November 19, 1978. She was a native of Amissville, the daughter of the late Fannie Anderson and James Jackson Silvey. She was 83, the widow of Charles Luttrell.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Julia Gale of Santa Ana, Calif, and ten grandchildren. L. H. Luttrell of Amissville is her brotherin-law.
