Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Stout of State College, Pa. were guests Thursday and Friday of Dr. and Mrs. Carroll Quaintance. The Quaintances spent the weekend in Richmond with Mr. and Mrs. Walter Stout and attended the WAM Richmond football game on Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Dickie Way land of Slate Mills with Mrs. Earle Wayland visited Mr. Wayland in the VA Hospital in Martinsburg, W. Va. on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood and Mrs. Mary Quaintance were guests of Mrs. Brown Miller at the Thanksgiving dinner Saturday evening at the Criglersville Elementary School.

Callie and Gare Dodding of Fairfax spent from Saturday to Monday with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins.
