Price Up
The price of county maps prepared by the Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation will be increased from 10 cents to 25 cents each on August 15, the department has announced.
At the same time, the price of a full set of county maps bound in book form will be increased from $10 to $25, and the price of enlarged individual county maps will rise from $1.50 to $2 each.
The department said the price changes, first for the small county maps in 40 years, were intended to offset partly the increased cosJsf of- production an‘«i distribution.
