The cabinet maker answered that he would locate a drainfield on the upper portion of the property to the rear of the snack bar building. Kramer emphasized that the tank will be located well over 50 feet from the edge of the flood plain.
He explained that he did not have formal Health Department approval yet since Department personnel cannot okay a sewage disposal system without a specific proposal. ‘‘They won’t entertain a specific proposal without the rezoning,” he added.
