Moses Lincoln French, 38, of Warrenton died Sunday, July 29, 1979, at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville. Funeral services were conducted Friday at Walnut Grove Baptist Church in Midland by the Rev. George Smith. Burial was in the family cemetery.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willie French of Warrenton; five sisters, Betty Russell, Dorothy Smith and Kitty Winston, all of Warrenton, Alma Jordan of Amissville and Evelyn Grayson of Jeffersonton; eight brothers, Willie French and Harry French, both of Baltimore, Md., Thomas, James and Roger French, all of St. Paul, Minn., Robert French of Warrenton, Nobel French of Catlett and Edward French of Tampa, Fla.
