Sally Armen trout, the new Community Mental Health Nurse at the Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic, will be involved in almost all areas of mental health promotion in her work in Rappahannock. She will be seeing individual clients, as well as leading groups and families in discussion and consultation.
Armentrout says that her aim is "to assist the community towards mental health, with an emphasis on prevention as opposed to treatment." She stresses that physical health is important too. and she will be recom mend i ng ad eq u at e physical exercise in her work.
