A Rappahannock County High School senior who plans to major in journalism at the University of Richmond, Judith is a member of the National Honor Society, editor of the high school yearbook, “Rappsody,” president of her 4-H Club, scorekeeper for the basketball team and an active participant in RCHS dramatic productions.
