Philip and relesia Thornton of Culpeper spent the weekend with their grandmother. Mrs- Frances Thornton.

Mrs. Mary Quaintance entertained at bridge Saturday night when guests included Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Keyser, Mrs. Lucille Price of Washington. Mrs. R. E. Thompsen, Mrs. Frances Tabler. Mrs. Brown Miller and Mrs. Carroll Quaintance.

Miss Evelyn Barbour of Cleveland. Ohio is a houseguest of Mrs. L. J. Kilby.

Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Shade of Falls Church were Saturday guests of Mrs. Ruby Dwyer and sons.

Mrs. Henry Eastwood and Heather of Washington were luncheon guests Monday of Mrs. Ethel Tyner and Miss Nellie Atkins.

Dinner guests Sunday of Mrs. Annie M. Oden were Mr. and Mrs. Harry Martin and Mary Jane of Charles Town. W. Va.. Mr. and Mrs. Sonny Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Anderson and Mrs. Gladys Anderson.

Mr. and Mrs. Bill Yates of Roanoke spent several days last week with Mrs. Lester Yates. Mrs. Yates was an overnight guest Saturday of Elder and Mrs. W. G. Fletcher in Winchester.
