PUBLIC SALE OF REAL ESTATE Pursuant to a decree entered on the 13th day of February, 1981, in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the cause of Giles H. Miller, Jr., Executor of the Estate of Virginia Fletcher Wood vs. Anne Meade Smith Faulconer et als, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction on FRIDAY, MAY 22,1981 at 11:00 o’clock A.M. ON THE PREMISES That certain tract or parcel of land, with all improvements thereon situated, lying and being on the north side of U.S. Route No. 522 and State Highway Route No. 620, about one mile east of Sperryville, at Fletcher’s Mill, in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and according to a survey made by J. I. Coveil, Surveyor, on October 1,1962, a plat of which is recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 78, page 544, is described as follows: Beginning at a rod driven at a fence corner in the east line of Rt 522, a new corner with remainder of the tract; thence with a fence N 39-14 E 336.9' to a rod at an angle in the fence, N 23-29 E 209.2' to a rod at the northwest corner of a shed; thence S 7158 E 366 6’ to a rod at a locust; thence N 87-49 E 165 7', crossing the mill race at a marked sycamore, to a rod in the fence line on the east side of the Mill race; thence with that fence S 29-22 E 86 9' to a rod, S9-34 E 74.6’ to a rod, S 29-54 W 124.4’ to a rod at a fence corner, thence with the lot fence S 75-20 E 86.1’ to a rod, S 16-04 W 378.6' to a point in the center of Rt 620, road in line on the north side; thence with the center of the present and an old part of the road N 88-05 W 150 O', S 84-09 W 85 3', N 6912 W 1261' to the east right of way line of the highway, thence with that line N 68-05 W 103.1', N 56-55 W 200.3', N 59-46 W 100.5', N 54-03 W 98.0' to the beginning. This lot contains 10.09 acres. This property is real estate of which Virginia Fletcher Wood died seized and possessed and was reserved by her in a conveyance of certain adjoining real estate to William N. Lane by deed dated December 7, 1962, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 78, page 545, in which deed certain rights on ’ the adjoining land were reserved and in which deed certain easements pertaining to this real estate were conveyed.
