—Rappahannock New* Photo/S. Latham JOHN BARBOUR OF WASHINGTON escaped injury when a deer jumped into the windshield of his vehicle on Route 211 west of Amissville Monday morning. Robert Summers was driving Barbour’s 1973 Plymouth station wagon and also was uninjured, as was Ernest Dennis, a passenger. Mrs. Barbour, however, was taken to Fauquier Hospital with multiple lacerations. The accident occurred about 6:30 a.m. in the eastbound lane. The safety glass used in today’s automobiles prevents many serious injuries.
