At a special meeting on Monday, a quorum of the Rappahannock supervisors—Clarence Baldwin, Charles Estes and chairman J. R. Latham—voted unanimously to include $7,031 in the 1982-83 budget for a 1982 Plymouth Fury to replace one of the sheriffs department vehicles.
