James Ashby Riley, 75, of Flint Hill died Wednesday, March 24, 1982 in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home by the Rev. Peter Weems. Burial was in Flint Hill Cemetery.
He was born in Rappahannock County May 7, 1906, a son of the late Albert and Louise Smoot Riley.
He is survived by one brother, Byrd T. Riley of Hint Hill.
