The subject of this year’s oration was “You and I and Tomorrow”. Contestants were required to speak for not under four minutes and not over five minutes on the topic and were judged on the tyle of delivery as well as the content of their speeches.
The winners were: 1st place, Blair Davidson; 2nd place, William Germelman; and 3rd place, Amy Harris. All are 9th grade students in the Preparatory Division of Wakefield School.
