The Rappahannock School Board at a special meeting last Thursday night approved the employment of Pamela M. Rowe as coordinator of special services, a new administrative position proposed tor the past three years and finally endorsed by the board during this year's budget w ork.
A resident ot Front Royal. Rowe taught fourth and fifth grade at the county's elementary school for five years before taking off last year to earn her master's degree in administration and supervision from the University of Virginia and serve an administrative internship in Frederick County. She returned to Rappahannock for 1981-82 as a sixth grade teacher.
