CHAPTER 13. Otter.
R13-1. Except as otherwise provided by the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to trap otter in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from December 15 through the last day of February, both dates inclusive.
R13-1.1. It shall be lawful to trap otter from December 1 through the last day of February, both dates inclusive, in the counties of Accomack, Charles City, Essex, Gloucester, Isle of Wight, James City, King and Queen, king George, King William, Lancaster, Mathews, Middlesex, New Kent, Northampton, Northumberland, Richmond, Southampton, Surry, Westmoreland and York; and in the cities of Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk (area formerly constituting Nansemond County) and Virginia Beach; and east of U. S. Route 95 in the counties of Caroline, Chesterfield, Fairfax, Greensville, Naover, Henrico, Prince George, Prince Williarh, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Sussex.
CHAPTER 14. Quail.
R14-1. It shall be lawful to hunt quail in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the Monday immediately preceding Thanksgiving through the last day of February, both dates inclusive.
CHAPTER 15. Rabbit.
R15.-1. Except as otherwise specifically provided in the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to hunt rabbit in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the Monday immediately preceding Thanksgiving through the last day of February, both dates inclusive.

CHAPTER 16. Raccoon. R16-2.
