Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 ot the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that a public hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 a m. at the Courthouse at Washington, Virginia on Thursday, July 1, 1982 to consider the following applications:
(1) SPECIAL USE AP PLICATION NO. 168A: Roger Ashby has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 12A-1 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973 to temporarily reside in a mobile home during the construction of a new residence on Route 730 near Amissville, Virginia.
(2) VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 169: David H. Farrar has applied for a variance from the side yard requirements of Section 2-5-1 (1). The applicant wishes to construct a single family dwelling on a nonconforming lot which was in existence prior to the enactment of the Ordinance and which is located on the south side of State Secondary Route 626 west of the Town of Washington.
