R2-14. II shall be unlawful to trap, or attempt to trap, on land any wild bird or wild animal with any deadfall or snare. Provided, however, snares with loops no more than eight inches in diameter and with the top of the snare loop set not to exceed ten inches above ground level may be used.

R4 1. Except as otherwise provided by the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to trap beaver from December 15 through the last day of February, both dates inclusive.
